In time for the Halloween season, ghosts of the past are rising. I still have nightmares thinking of our attempts to build an automated ticketing system for the EDSA busway.

I was CEO of AF Payments at the time the EDSA busway was established, and while doing business in the mass transit industry of the Philippines was tough, the EDSA busway project took the biscuit.

Now I am reading (1, 2) that the DOTr is at it again.
